AT&T to Increase Fiber and Internet Prices by $5

ATT Fiber and Internet Price Increase

AT&T has announced that starting November 10, 2024, the prices for its Fiber and Internet services will increase by $5 per month. The price adjustment applies to most of AT&T’s broadband customers, including copper and fiber users.

In the announcement, AT&T says that customers who use a debit card or bank account for their AutoPay payment will receive a $10 monthly discount, while those using a credit card will only receive $5.

We contacted AT&T for clarification on the price increase. Here is what they had to say, “The costs for fiber will increase by $5 per month due to AT&T’s pricing updates. This increase will affect most AT&T broadband customers. The price of AT&T Internet and AT&T Fiber plans 1 GIG and below are also increasing by $5 per month. This is part of the company’s effort to align with the cost of doing business which has increased.”

AT&T has yet to confirm whether customers who received an earlier notice in April about similar price changes will be affected by this new increase.

More details about this price change can be found on this page which was updated in September.
